4 new upgrades and the Uber Story!
Last couple of weeks have seen quite a turmoil in Uber leading up to the CEO’s resignation. These developments have sent shockwaves throughout the business world.

Let’s move on to Amber now. This update sees a lot of new enhancements and upgrades in the dashboard. Most important of them all is moving the dashboard to your email. Let’s take a closer look at these updates.
Quickly find out the people at high risk of leaving
This crucial upgrade to the dashboard will allow you to find out what percentage of your people are at a high risk, at a medium risk and in the safe zone.
This categorisation will help you prioritise meeting the people who are at high risk and effectively controlling attrition.
Fortnightly email report has way more insights now
As you might have noticed, the last fortnightly report you received had more insights than the previous one. Our aim behind this report is to give you a condensed preview of the dashboard right in your inbox.
If you don’t access Amber’s dashboard frequently, these email reports will keep you apprised about your organisation’s pulse every 15 days. From how your people’s mood has progressed to the top 5 people who have fallen at risk in the last 15 days, you’ll never stay outdated about what’s happening in your organisation.
However, if you ever feel this email report is missing out on something you like to know, you can always reply to it with your suggestions and feedback. We’ll be more than happy to hear from you.
Amber on Facebook Workchat
As part of our efforts to increase Amber presence at different platforms, we’ve successfully integrated with Workplace by Facebook. If your organisation uses Workplace by Facebook, you can have Amber present in Workchat for your employees. Just hit reply to this email if you’d like to enable it.

Filter better to see the right picture
This nifty upgrade will allow you to filter data whichever way you like. While earlier you could only pick one option in a filter, now you can pick as many as you’d like.
Show me Product and HR in Delhi and Mumbai, as easy as that.
