I am reminded of a quote by William Deming in this context which is also quite amusing.
“Data are not taken for museum purposes…” He further goes on to say the purpose of data is to form the basis for doing something. If no action is taken, then data is pointless. This is why we’ve now made taking action on Amber’s data much more simpler.
Introducing Amber Circles — Get more out of answers now!
While chatting with Amber, employees share a lot of valuable and actionable data in the form of feedback, ideas, complaint etc. It is crucial to make sure this data doesn’t get lost in the ocean of chats that happen with Amber right now.
1.) Amber circles will allow admins to tag answers from employees as feedback, suggestion, complaint, ideas, etc. enabling admins to club actionable data and take action on it.
2.) The answers will be listed under the Circles page tagged to specific Circles. Further the admins will be able to create new Circles as per their needs.
3.) The answers tagged within these Circles can be exported for personal use. The list of columns made available to export is quite extensive as can be seen below.
4.) Finally admins will be able to find out the answers which have been tagged, on which action is being/has been taken through status tracking available on the Circles page.
