What makes Facebook’s recent tryst with privacy even more alarming is not the discovery of the entire malicious practice but the entire practice being blatantly happening for years without anyone realising it. Zuckerberg’s apology wasn’t about the incident but not doing enough to prevent certain tools from being used for harm.

When dealing with personal data, companies need to put conscious efforts into preventing misappropriation of data. HRs need to be careful about the softwares and tools they use that rely on employees data. We talked about what organisations can do to protect their employees data in this article.

Our quarterly offsite last week happened at Oodles, Chattarpur and it was oodles of fun! At the risk of sounding repetitive, cannot imagine how much we’ve grown since the last offsite.
