One of Amber’s core mission is to have people open up to her, be honest with her — trust her.

Building trust is hard, even harder when you’re a chatbot in digital space asking people to share openly and freely about their experience at their company without fearing repercussions.

What we’ve learnt is that digital trust pivots upon transparency which is a major update in this edition of Since Two Weeks.

Evolving Onboarding Experience using Amber Circles

There are many ways to use Amber Circles as outlined in the previous update. In a recent interaction with a particular Amber user, we were amazed how meticulously they were utilising Amber Circles.

Their use involved them closely monitoring the chats of their new joiners. From these chats, relevant responses were tagged in respective Circles as issue or suggestion, closely monitored and tracked till action taken.

After collecting data for over a month, they were able to formulate process change which they now aim to measure through Amber. How are you using Amber Circles?
