1. Keep top talent on your radar
The Problem: It’s easy not to think about your rockstar employees too much. They are self-starters, they don’t need supervision, they drive results and keep the morale of their teammates high. These are people who you just cannot afford to lose. However, often times, the warning signs by rockstars go unnoticed or missed. By the time you find out, it’s too late to act.
What’s new? A new “watchlist” feature has been especially created keeping this conundrum in mind. You can add certain people to a watchlist. These people will be bubbled up in the list of people who need attention whenever they’re at risk. You will find a star next to the name of people who are in your watchlist.

2. Understand how to use Amber reports
We are introducing a whole new “Setup” section that will allow you to keep a tight rein on Amber. This new section also comes with a guide telling you how to properly utilize Amber. You can find the guide here as well.
Power up Amber with an HRMS Integration: Most Importantly, now you can place a request for us to integrate with your HRMS. A successful HRMS integration will allow you to automatically add/remove employees, track attrition realtime among other things.
