If you were to wish, which are the key challenges for which you would like to find answers through talent analytics?

Recently was asked this question in a live TweetChat organised by PeopleMatters’ Talent Analytics Conference.

While the near term answer to this question is learning the key to employee engagement, knowing how to reduce attrition & building successful teams, the long term vision is to find out if AI solutions can take over mundane tasks done by HR professionals so as to free these HR leaders into building the right and most effective strategy and a proactive culture.

Amber has been a step towards that goal.

She has highlighted 10,000+ employees at risk, saving her clients over 18.5M$ in attrition costs.
