As part of our ongoing series of covering the First 10 Companies in India to adopt A.I. in HR, we’d like to congratulate USA based Fareportal for making the list as the 4th company in India to successfully engage employees using Artificial Intelligence!

Watch what he has to say in a short 2 minute video here.

Let’s take a look at what’s new in the product this time. In this update we have more of everything for you:

1.) More insights using Cohort Analysis

You can now create Cohorts on Amber which will allow setting up different stages and questions for different sets of employees.

For instance, you could setup a Cohort only targeting employees sitting in Mumbai and another Cohort targeting employees in Delhi. This will allow you to gain insights and analyse data for these two cohorts separately. Further these Cohorts can be delegated to people who will only have access to the reports of their Cohorts while you can delve into deeper analysis through a consolidated or Cohort-wise report view.

Cohorts are extremely helpful for segmented analysis of a certain group of people. You can build cohorts by locations, departments, seniority etc.

Next: You can send us an email at support@infeedo.com if you wish to create cohorts in your organisation.

2.) More power with Access Management

Amber reports were fully accessible by any admin who had access to the dashboard. There was no easier way to delegate certain parts of Amber to certain people.

Introducing Access Management in Amber, with this new upgrade you will now be able to delegated certain parts of Amber to certain people. This feature will allow granting limited access for certain locations, departments and cohorts so the right people take the right actions quickly and efficiently.

However we recommend using this feature with discretion as Amber thrives on the promise of strict confidentiality which allows employees to voice their concerns openly without any fear of judgement.

3.) More Integrations (Coming Soon)

We’re working on spreading Amber everywhere. Integrations with tools like Skype and Workplace by Facebook will ensure you have the essence of Amber even when you’re on a different tool. More on this in our next update.

4.) More Reads

1.) Economic Times takes a deep dive into the nuts and bolts of Amber
2.) There’s no such thing as Big Data in HR — The bigger challenges HRs face before data analysis.
