First, we need to create a Photoshop document. Open Photoshop, drop down the ‘File’ menu and select ‘New’.

Step 1: Text shadow

You are a write new text on the page, With the text selected in the ‘Layers’ tab, I can head over to the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click on the small FX button, and select “Drop Shadow” from the pop-up menu.

A window will pop up and give you various options that you can adjust to your liking.

You can choose this color or gradient color by your choice.

Step 2: Image shadow

Image shadows are a very important part of Photoshop. You have lots of space to use.

Open your folder select image and drag and drop and click on new page

With the image selected in the ‘Layers’ tab, I can head over to the bottom right-hand side of the screen, click on the small FX button, and select “Drop Shadow” from the pop-up menu.

Step 3: shape shadow

You have chosen your shape and draw the page and click on the small FX button, and select “Drop Shadow” from the pop-up menu.

A window will open and give you various options that you can adjust to your liking.
