The phase was made popular by Les Brown who delivered it at one of his conferences and wrote a book off the back of it. This is a phrase that is often used in sports or games to encourage players to keep going, even if they are behind. This can be applied to success in the workplace as well. It is important to remember that it’s not over until you win.

“And here’s what I will share with you, that in the process of working on your dreams you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain, a lot of setbacks, a lot of defeat. But in the process of doing that you will discover some things about yourself that you don’t know right now.”

There are many ways of achieving success at work and there is no one way that guarantees winning. There are certain factors, such as consistency and hard work, which will help you increase your chances of winning but it ultimately depends on the individual and their circumstances.

“The people that are living their dreams, are the people that know that, if it’s going to happen, it’s up to them and they are resolving within themselves it’s not over until I win
