Infinity Arena Gameplay Overview
Welcome to The Zeronium universe of NFTs.
Imagine you land in the universe with a system of planets. To survive, you have to combine the power with your team to counter the Dark Side. Alongside, there would be many quests for you to fulfill along the way.
Gameplay
Note: The game is currently in early development and details are subject to change.
Infinity Arena, at its heart, is a combination of sci-fi and tactical play-to-earn NFT card game where players travel through the planets in search of Zeronium and defeat in combat to earn the reward. Players gradually build up an iconic NFT collection that grows in power over time, which they can use to venture into more tough battles with other players.
Players will have to collect Zeronium and attend to battles to complete the mission.
The first role you take is the miner magnate, mining for Zeronium in an idle mode by using a set of Tools (Miner, Extractor and Z Depot). Z can be mined from Land or Planet Federation. Each planet has different types of land and contains a specific amount of Zeronium. Using a suitable set of Tools, you are able to explore more Zeronium. You might get chances to receive an award granted in NFT Lucky Box while mining.
The second role is you will turn into a fighter building your own deck of Heroes and Guardians to combat with opponents using a variety of tactics. Forming a team with at least 30 cards which have different attack and defence values.
The Land
The Land NFT Collection includes Skyfield, Mountain, Lava and Ocean. Each land represents its significance. On the land, players can mine Zeronium by themselves or have it rented by others to get commission.
As the number of lands on the planet is out of stock, new players have no choice but to buy the lands on the NFT marketplace or rent.
Synergies
There are 4 classes and 5 rarity levels. Stronger characters may embody multiple classes and rarities, giving rise to a much greater variety of team compositions. The more on the battlefield with that synergy, the stronger the bonus.
Classes
There are 4 basic classes in the game: Water, Earth, Fire and Wind. The damage each Hero or Guardian deals or takes depends on the class of both them and their enemy. It is very important to take into account the composition of your enemy, as sometimes your best chance of success isn’t necessarily your most powerful character.
Rarities
There are 5 rarity levels in the game: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical. The Rarity of NFT items will be shown on the card. The higher value of Rarity will surely provide more power/ability/strength attributes.
Game Modes
The Mining Game
The Mining System is one of the key game modes in Infinity Arena. Players must own 3 kinds of tools including Miner, Extractor, Z Depot to start mining Zeronium or get luck with NFT items.
Mining activities can be conducted on the planet or users’ own land. However, the value extracted from the land is much higher than that on the planet. The mining speed is affected and calculated by the combination of mining power of the miner and extractor.
The Battle Game
Battle mechanism is one of the most priorities in our game. To join the combat, each player needs to hold at least 30 cards comprising Heroes and Guardians, which is required to form a team then start fighting or doing quests.
Each card will have different types with diverse attributes displayed in detail on it.
During the battle, the player will have a specific amount of Mana to summon the cards. Summoning 1 card will take a corresponding amount of Mana of that card and the purpose of the cards is to destroy the opponent’s’ Hero in the fastest way. We also have Spell cards (or Trap cards) to directly strengthen our own units or to fool opponents into traps.
The Lucky game
Card games are deemed to be boring yet Infinity Arena can deal with this issue with a wide range of lucky games.The players can relax and entertain themselves by either spending Zeronium to get lucky tickets or joining the lottery pot to earn big tokens reward.
Healing & Fusion
For tools, after a long time using them, their power will gradually weaken. The Healing arena is a place to recover its strength.
For Heroes & Guardians, they normally do not evolve over time. Instead they fuse together to form more powerful stages of development when players use Fusion Arena. In order to fuse, two requirements must be met. However, sometimes, players have to trade off as they can lose their fusion materials.
Future Expansion
There are many future plans for the game including different mechanics and expansion games (VR/Metaverse) that may be added over time. However, we are focusing on core gameplay to begin, which is the collection of NFT cards, a set of valuable mystery boxes, staking & mining functions that can be used in the V1.0 release.
Wrap Up
This is a very high level overview of what can be expected in the game. Currently our developers are working hard to build the game and we are anticipating the release of Infinity Arena in Q1 2022. More details will be released, one by one, in the coming weeks.
