Sales in the Art category have increased by almost 1.5 times over the week. As for the Collectibles category, total sales over the course of the past week have slightly decreased compared to the previous week.

The SuperRare collection and the work by XCOPY, which was sold for $7,062,496.00 (1,600 ETH at that time) is yet again in the top in the Art category. It is worth noting that the work was last purchased 10 months ago for only $174,159.81 (99 ETH at that time). Its price has thus increased by 41 times over the period! This work is the artist’s most expensive sale to date, according to CryptoArt.

The CryptoPunks are back in the top in the Collectibles category. CryptoPunk #4156 was sold for $10,256,825.00 (2500 ETH at that time). And that is again the record! At the moment, this is the most expensive of all CryptoPunks ever sold.

Despite the massive sales, OpenSea’s daily market volume ranged from $50 million to $65 million throughout the week, according to DappRadar, which is significantly lower than the averages of last week and the week before the last.

We will monitor the situation and hope that new records will have a positive effect on the future state of the NFT market!
