When I’m guarded, people think I’m a snob.
When I’m introverting, people think I’m miserable.
When I’m honest, people think I’m unkind.
When I’m reaching out, people think I’m flirting.
I’m a walking target for misunderstandings. I wish people would quit assuming, and start asking.
