INFLEUM Talks with FLETA, the only Asian sponsor of Malta Blockchain Summit

An Joon, co-founder and COO of INFLEUM, met and talked with Park Seung-ho, CEO of FLETA at Malta Blockchain Summit held from 1st to 2nd November. FLETA Is the only Asian sponsor of the summit.

FLETA has recently established its corporation in Malta, so-called ‘Blockchain island’ and all FLETA members will move to Malta by next year. FLETA aims to be a platform for sustainable DApp ecosystem that provides solutions for scalability, data-processing speed, data storage, and execution fees.

It is now planning to build a technical connection between Asia and Europe. INFLEUM COO An and FLETA CEO Park both showed support for each projects and agreed to continue the discussion on future partnership later in Korea.

인플리움의 공동 창립자이자 COO인 안준 이사가 지난 11월 1일부터 2일까지 진행된 몰타 블록체인 서밋(Malta Blockchain Summit)의 공식파트너인 플레타(FLETA)의 박승호 대표를 만나 대화를 나눴다.

플레타는 이번 서밋의 아시아 유일의 공식 파트너로, 블록체인의 성지라고도 불리는 몰타 내에 법인을 설립하였고, 내년까지 전 직원이 몰타로 이주할 예정이라고 알려져 있다.

이들은 기존 블록체인 플랫폼들이 지닌 확장성 한계와 속도의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 메인넷 프로젝트를 진행 중으로, 앞으로 유럽과 아시아의 블록체인 기술 접점을 구축할 계획을 추진 중이다. 이날 안준 이사와 플레타의 박승호 대표는 각 프로젝트에 대한 깊이 있는 토론을 마무리하며 향후 한국에서 다시 만나 미래 협업 방안에 대한 논의를 이어갈 것을 약속했다.
