I left my prior role which had me on the road 315 days a year, to start a company, Tourizing, focused on building customer relationships thru social media platforms. Since August 27th 2012, I have enjoyed more days home than I had had in the previous 5 years! It has come with a great deal of financial sacrifice, albeit, none so great as many folks in the world who survive on a couple bucks a day. It has strained us, tested our faith, and thereby strengthened our relationship with each other and God. Business is blessed, and so is the new year.

If you have a road before you that is daunting, that seems perilous, but leads to a great and new place, put your trust in the One who made all things, and step out on to that new path. But be warned, there is only one direction once you get going: forward. To turn back is hell. Walk by faith and heed the wisdom of others, and you’ll see the summit of that far off horizon.
