This week marks our next #FeatureWeek event and it also ties in nicely with a group of Redgaters presenting at the annual Agile Cambridge conference which gives us an opportunity to share with a large audience everything we’ve learnt over the last 20 years.

To be a successful company over the last 2 decades we have to have done some things right, on the other hand we’ve also made plenty of mistakes along the way, which we’re happy to share.

So starting tomorrow we’ll be blogging, tweeting and generally sharing lots of contents about everything we’ve learnt through the last 20 years. Each day will feature a particular heading: -

Engineering — Everything we’ve learnt and are continuing to learn about engineering practices, what works, what hasn’t and what we’re doing right now.

Design — the practices and processes we’ve evolved over the last 20 years and what our Product Designers are doing now to support the building of our products.

Culture — how does an entire organisation remain agile? Where we came from, where we’ve been and where we headed next with everything from mob programming to dynamic reteaming, you’ll find details of it here.

So how do you get involved?

Well, regardless of whether you’re going to Agile Cambridge or just following our content on here we want you to get involved by sharing with us, either here in the comments below or via our Twitter page here and th eburning question we want you to answer is this…

What does Ingeniously Simple mean to you?

The best answers will be shared here and on Twitter and you have the chance to win an absolutely unique — not available on the high street, one of a kind ‘Ingeniously Simple’ T-Shirt.

We can’t wait to get started and here’s to another 20 years!
