Some time in the future…

Infinite screens are installed in a city and they separate the coastline from the interior of the city. The government claims that with these screens, they are providing a new service that will allow the view to reach every part of the city.

With the sunset, gas balloons swing into the sky and even if the sun disappears, they still feel like it is daytime. About 6 hours of daytime is prolonged. So, people have much more time to work. The reason for the use of flammable gas in the balloons is, instead of turning on and off like a lamp, a gradual decline occurs due to the gradual exhaustion of the gas, just like sunset.

There is a social structure divided into two classes. The first group is the ones who can only live in their own side and have no knowledge of what’s behind the screens and never think about it. Because for them the “real” coastline is the artificial screens they see. They are very happy with their situation. “IGNORANCE IS BLISS”.

The other group ,Outers, is consisting of government officials and their close circle. These people can reach both the inner and the outer part of the city. But they never mention about the outer city to the Inner people. Because if the Inners learn the beauties behind the screens, the system collapses. In short, they put inner-side people to sleep by saying that they offer a good life with new services in the city. In fact, the ones that enjoy the city is the government and its close circle.

Outer people live inside the units behind the screens.
