You may have heard of the term fractional leadership, but what does it actually mean? And even more importantly, what impact is it having on businesses and how is it different from more traditional ways of engaging highly experienced talent?

Well, it’s not quite consulting, not quite interim management, not quite advisory, and not quite freelancing… so what actually is it?? 🤔

So, what is fractional leadership?

Fractional leadership is a management approach where a business hires a part-time executive or leader to oversee a specific function or initiative. It could also be referred to as part-time leadership.
