Three simple ways to earn online for yourself
Are you falling a little short of money? Do you want to earn some extra bucks? If you’ve answered yes to both, read on! I’m going to list down three simple ways that can help you earn online without leaving your full-time source of income.
1. Sell your old books on Amazon
Today, Amazon has become the most popular and biggest online market site in the world. Most people are making millions and millions every month from this by establishing their own full-time online business. However, if you want to earn part time, Amazon is a good platform for that as well.
Most of you have graduated from colleges or some of you are still studying in schools, some of you might be homemakers and some of you might me engaged with a full-time job.
Well, I’m sure you’ve got some old books sitting on your table, lying at the corner of your room or just getting piled-up inside your old cupboard that you don’t read now. Why not help someone benefit from them?
You can easily list these books on Amazon — its very easy! You just have to make sure they are not very damaged. Just in case they are damaged, you can easily fix some of the problems and put them up for sale on the site:
Damaged book covers: Some of your old books might look good from inside but their cover pages can be totally weary. A rat may have nibbled off the corners or they would have a lot of dust piled up over time. What can you do? You can reach out to a stationary shop and fix it easily with a couple of bucks. Or, you can replace the cover page with spare cardboard and labeling, a self-made drawing page on it with content that’s similar to the damaged cover. And guess what, you could be bringing out the artist in you in the process!
Damaged pages: If your book’s cover page look decent but you see that some of the pages inside are damaged — either they have crumbled or they aren’t straight. You can use regular white transparent tape and join crumbled pages. If they aren’t straight, you can use your hands to straighten them. Or, you can press them under your sleeping mattress overnight. The pages will straighten out by morning and you can easily list these books on the Amazon, sell them and earn some cash.
2. Selling old stuff on OLX:
You must have heard this name whenever you’ve thought of selling your old stuff. OLX has become one of fastest trending online marketplace in India to sell your old and used products. Believe me, people are earning great profits out of it. You just have to:
- Create an account on OLX.
2. Choose an appropriate category for your product.
3. Provide a brief description of your product with an engaging title.
4. Provide your information.
5. Click some pics of your product and upload it to the site.
6. And lastly, post it to sell.
3. Provide service at Fiverr:
Fiverr has become one of the biggest marketplaces for freelancers to earn online. You can earn both full-time and part-time here by providing any type of service — be it online teaching to creating a complex software. You can provide your service here starting at just $5 per gig. You can increase your revenue by adding some extra services to your gig. Oh, did you ask what a gig is?
A gig is a type of service that you create on Fiverr and sell it. This is a huge marketplace where lots of customers constantly search for good quality gigs according to their needs. If you are able to bring or rank your gig with good ratings on Fiverr’s front page then your gig is most likely to get sold. For the first few days you might find selling difficult. Hold on is what I say. Once your gig/product starts selling, you’d start getting good ratings and you can be sure to reap rewards.
Well, there are lots of other online and offline methods that you can use and earn a few extra bucks but I feel these are the simplest ways that you can use to earn money.
