Employee rights are any rights which refer to the status of being an employee. These rights may be moral or legal. These rights include some of the professional rights such as the right to disobey the unethical instructions and the rights to express their dissatisfaction with the company policies without any bad effects from the employer side. It also implies all the basic human rights which are reasonable to the employment situation such as the right to not to be discriminated against.

But in real, most of the IT companies tortures a person giving 50 projects a year costs some crores paying approximately 18 lakhs per annum by dragging him/her in a mechanical world where no sleep, spending no time with family, gifting him/her diabetes in the name of tension and run time unhealthy food with liquor during meetings and making a show off. If the employees go to onsite issues, there may be a curfew or a strike, or suffering from health problems due to continuous travel or immediate climatic change or whatever reason may be, Employers fail to replace an assistant or helper or an alternate employee to handle the situation in charge. Everything is a fake in the matter of rights and policies. Other than the Employer, project Managers and HR Managers will never realize that the work is important but it is handled by a human, not the machine always is ready to go in Battlefield resulting a waste of time and no fruitful measures taken.

If employees are viewed as the way honeybees run their hives — with a strong work ethic, loyalty, and kindness, our world would be less likely to collapse. Week off is possible only in foreign countries not in India. India is meant to be 24-hour hardworking resources, even at the time of sleep and time in the restroom. Employers give these effects that affect their employees’ families. Do an employer acts on the spot for the solution? An Immediate No from the side of Employees.

Nevertheless, all of us must think beyond the boundary for the solution as it is the matter of life of the employees. Better to follow Human rights before Employee Rights.
