Ink Protocol is Partnering with Bloom to Combine Reputation and Identity
Replin sellers can now leverage their BloomID digital identities to build trust with buyers and create a safer way to buy and sell.
Today, we are excited to announce the launch of Bloom connected accounts on Replin! We are huge believers that people should take control over their own identity while transacting online. By combining a seller’s digital identity with their reputation and transaction history, Ink Protocol and Bloom are helping to build the foundation for decentralized marketplaces of the future.

Blockchain based reputation meets blockchain based identity
Replin already uses Ink Protocol’s blockchain based reputation system to help users securely buy and sell across any marketplace platforms, including social media and online classifieds.
With this partnership, Bloom users can now attach their secure digital identity to their reputation by connecting a BloomID to a Replin profile. Buyers will then be able to see a seller’s verified Bloom identity, including their full name, inspiring even more trust when transacting online. Additional attestations such as social profiles and more detailed personal information is optional and will be coming soon as well.
Existing Replin users should also sign up for BloomID and connect their new digital identity to add an additional layer of verification to their selling profile.
We believe that buyers and sellers should always be in full control of their own identity and reputation, removing power from the huge centralized marketplaces that dominate today. Decentralized identity is a huge piece of the puzzle, and we are extremely excited to be able to merge digital identity with reputation to create an app that is immediately useful in the real world.
