I’ve Reached My FINAL Weight Loss Goal!

I am hoping this will be my final post in my weight loss journey — because I don’t want to have to be on another one in the future! But who knows…one can never say never (but I can hope!)

But as of today, I’ve reached my weight loss goal! 155lbs. My FINAL weight loss goal — this is the ‘extra’ 5 pounds I wanted to lose after reaching my first main weight loss goal. This is my buffer zone goal. Which means I’d like to stay within these last 5lbs lost.

And now the goal will be to maintain my current weight. I’m hoping it won’t be too difficult. I just have to stick to the healthy eating and exercise habits I’ve learned over the last 8 months of this whole thing.

To celebrate this small victory, I went out and bought some new workout leggings — mainly for running. And they were on sale! Pink tights from Under Armour and blue-y/grey ones from Adidas. The Adidas ones are a little thicker, so hopefully will be good for cooler/cold weather running.
