What If You Could Change One Thing About Yourself You’ve Postponed?

Today’s question is:

What if you could finally find time to change one thing about yourself that is easy enough to fix that you’ve postponed for too long? What is that thing?

As I’ve written about before recently — I am changing my weight — specifically losing weight! As I’d gotten quite heavy over the last few years for a variety of reasons (grief and loss, losing various family members since the start of the pandemic), and stress (the pandemic in general), and changing jobs and learning a new job. All those things lead me to gain a whole lot of weight. So at the beginning of this year, back in January, I made the conscious decision to get healthier — eat healthier and be more active, and lose weight so I’d feel more comfortable with myself, less self-conscious, less down about how I looked/felt, and just to feel and look better and also for my own general health and wellness — I want to be able to live as long as I can, and being overweight can be a stumbling block to that. And also it increases my life satisfaction in general — being able to do every day things without getting out of breath — like walking.
