As fundraising experts, we have found that nonprofits are losing much- needed revenue by buying too many or too few t-shirts. That’s why Ink is perfect to help your organization raise money and create awareness. Our easy-to-use online platform provides crucial services to nonprofits for free!

It’s a simple model. We offer smarter fundraising so that nonprofits can focus on what they do best. So while your nonprofit is providing crucial services to better the community, we’re supporting you as loyal fundraising partners. We believe a lot can be done with a t-shirt. It can be a powerful tool that encompasses what your nonprofit stands for and simultaneously help you raise additional funds.

Ink was created to make t-shirt fundraising accessible and practical. As a result, we do everything for you — process payments, handle inventory, print, pack, and ship. Our innovative platform works for anyone but we’ve found it’s perfect for nonprofit organizations. Whether you’re raising money for an event, an awareness month, or your #GivingTuesday initiative — we’re here for you. You can rely on us. So while you focus on your mission, we’ll handle the rest.

What can you do with Ink?

Create fashionable apparel

  • With Ink, you can create fashionable apparel for your nonprofit — stuff people will actually wear outside the gym. A t-shirt is a great tool to make a powerful statement and unite supporters. They are perfect to engage your audience and build loyalty. In addition, you’ll be providing them with an opportunity to positively represent your nonprofit. By wearing your apparel, they’re raising awareness for the cause.

Generate revenue with t-shirts

  • Generate revenue with t-shirts and in turn, raise awareness for your cause. We tell you how much money your shirt will cost you based on the style of apparel you select, and the amount of colors in your design. Then you set the selling price to determine the amount of profit you will make! Once that’s established, it’s ultimately on you to promote your campaign.

Gain a fundraising partner

  • Gain a dedicated fundraising partner to take the unnecessary hassle off your hands! We handle everything for you so that you can promote your fundraiser and focus on what you do best. Our Ink team is dedicated to helping you out anyway we can, so if you’re organization is struggling to market your apparel, we encourage you to reach out to us. We provide a variety of resources to help accommodate you along this process. We know nonprofits have limited resources, so let us help you do what we do best.

Raise money for any cause!

  • Adoption
  • School Events
  • Fighting Cancer
  • Team Fundraisers
  • Mission Trips
  • Animal Rescue Fundraising
  • Environmental Protection
  • The list goes on!

What nonprofits are asking us…

“What are the products you offer?”

At Ink, we believe in offering apparel that can be worn by anyone — men, women, children, and even infants! Our impressive selection of wearables includes USA-Made tees, basic unisex shirts, infant onesies, ladies fit tees, activewear, and a tote bag. We suggest selecting anywhere from 4 to 6 options with an absolute maximum of 12.

“What is the base price for each t-shirt ordered?”

The more you sell, the more you make — it’s as simple as that! Our pricing model works to provide low base costs which depend on a few variables. This includes the base price for the style t-shirt you select, amount of colors on your design, and what type of campaign you chose (see below). Once your design is completed, our calculator will determine the price. This allows you to set the cost and determine the amount of funds you will raise.

“What is the processing time from order to shipment?”

Processing time from order to shipment ranges depending on the campaign type. If you have a standard campaign, the order will be processed and shipped within 3 weeks of your campaign ending. If you pick an on-demand campaign, the t-shirts will be printed as they come through and your customer will receive them within 7 to 10 days of purchase.

Visit our help center for more information about standard and on-demand campaigns.

“What percentage of sales does my organization keep?”

Your profit is determined by many factors, including the style of apparel you select, and the amount of colors on your design. A high end t-shirt will have a higher cost than a basic tee. To keep your base cost down, we suggest to keep the colors as minimum as possible. Another factor to consider is printing locations. Keep your design on one side of the tee to avoid additional charges.

Lastly, your profit will be determined the quantity sold. We use a tiered pricing matrix, so the more you sell, the cheaper it is for us to print. That in-turn increases your margin per item sold. So simply put, the more you sell, the more you raise.

That being said, we will tell you how much money your shirt will cost you based on the style of apparel you select, and the amount of colors on your design. Then you will set the selling price and the profit you will make.

“If a customer isn’t happy with their purchase, do you allow refunds?”

We do not offer refunds unless it is our mistake or unless the shirt has a physical defect. That’s because we print all items specifically based on orders and once they’re purchase, we begin sending over the funds. That being said, we encourage all of the supporters to reach out to us with comments and concerns!
