2 CEOs in Nigeria Indicate First Steps to Long Overdue Economic Recovery | Survey via Oxford Business Group

Oxford Business Group and Deloitte Nigeria launched their first ever Nigeria CEO Survey to measure the business sentiments of over 100 chief executives and chairpersons during the course of 2017. While 84% said they have either positive or very positive expectations for local business conditions in the coming 12 months, 75% of the businesses surveyed had a low to very low level of satisfaction with local suppliers and service providers. The good news is: challenge begets opportunity.

Oluwayimika Angel Adelaja, Founder of Fresh Direct Produce, started dabbling with hydroponic farming in her backyard in Abuja, and is now a leading supplier of locally grown greens to grocery stores and restaurants throughout Nigeria.
