I love you.
I like your trouble. (Me hue ebhon — Esan)
I see you in my eye. (Ahuru m gi n’anya — Igbo)
I have your love. (Mo ni fe re — Yoruba)
I want you. (Ina son ki — Hausa)

There are over 520 ways to say I love you in Nigeria. Hate to love you and leave you, but I’m stopping with these 5. In this issue though, the Nigerian love quotient knows no bounds. In Ideas, seven tech entrepreneurs proudly boast as to why the startup scene in Nigeria is the best in all of Africa. Filed under Inspiration, Red Media Founder Chude Jideonwo recently launched a startup to spread joy throughout Africa. And leading the pack under Other Stories, what’s not to love about the Super Eagles new kit and fan gear.

But first, if you missed last week’s newsletter, then you missed Oluwayimika Adelaja’s shipping container-to-crop farming model, Oxford & Deloitte’s CEO survey, 15 things to know before visiting Nigeria, and other well-loved stories.

As always, if you’re enjoying this newsletter, don’t keep all this goodness to yourself. Please share. I would love if you would.
