Anxiety is a Bitch
(This is what I do about it)
I’ll be honest: I struggle with moodiness. When I say moodiness, I mean a feeling of anxiety or restlessness inside my body. It isn’t mental. It is indeed physical.
However, because I deal with it, it does create mental stress sometimes. I don’t exacly know if it is because of external things like conflict or situational frustrations.
