Inner Geek has grown significantly since it’s inception last year. What used to be my freelance gig, has turned into a 12-person (about to be 15-person) creative digital agency.

While we’re not the fastest growing company, we’ve well surpassed the typical growth rate of digital agencies and I believe much of this success has been a result of our culture.

My Geek Family

Obviously, I’m very proud of everything we provide for our geeks, but last night there was a special moment for me as a founder. We were having one of our “culture challenges,” where a potential hire hangs out with us for an evening to make sure they’re a good fit for the team. Amidst a game of pool, I looked out across the room at my fellow geeks and something really sunk in. Inner Geek is only 15 months old and we have the most amazing office, team, and culture that any founder could ask for.

I am massively proud of what we’ve created and can’t wait to see what comes next. Inner Geek is so much more than a creative agency and there isn’t a challenge in the world that I wouldn’t face with this team.
