Week 1:
- People knows their needs well. Don’t judge from our perspective, trust your client! Don’t create a social problem by your interest!

Engaging users in understanding needs, planning and operating services, leverage the resources to enable or empower them in change. With good communication, the awareness of general public follows. Real impact is for users but not public.
- Don’t do innovation with an aim to innovate!
