THE LABORATORY
To be able to build and develop with the best guarantees a mineral working plant that optimally processes the resources extracted from the mines, it is essential to build a laboratory in which to be able to analyze different samples in order to take the best decisions in the development of the processing plant, in relation to the structures by which the exploitation must continue, etc.
The equipment manufacturing for the Vereda Guayaquil’s laboratory has been taking place according to planning and procurement of materials. The laboratory equipment currently being manufactured and the progress made in this production are the following:

The company that supplies these devices is “Maquinados y Equipos”. A monetary investment has been made to suppliers of this company to reserve the price of the most important materials, for the manufacture of any need that MinexCorp has, so that we can operate without surprises or disruptions in our mining activity. The advances made to these suppliers are exclusively for the equipment manufacturing for MinexCorp.
The equipment is in constant manufacturing as planned in the schedule, which always includes first the exploitation, extraction and sampling equipment, which is intended that the plant can accumulate enough material while the plant itself is being built. Such equipment is being manufactured according to the specifications. The mechanical, metallurgical and mining areas of the company have been developed jointly with them, since part of the manufacturing and conditioning of these equipment has been carried out according to the needs of these areas, which are those that are directly involved in the development of the first stage of operation.
The operation with the aerial cable and with the crushing area has been considered first, which opens the possibility of storing material in the crushing area and being able to make samples to know the contents of the extracted ore.
The field work will depend a lot on the advancement of civil works and in turn the pre-assembly in the “Maquinados y Equipos” plant, in order to give it all possible agility in the field, both in assembly and at the beginning of the plant’s operation .
