Hello, Pawel here. Over the next week, I will be publishing several comprehensive articles, which will provide all the key information regarding our decision-making processes and our next steps, and also the strategy of this incredible project — when the bear can temporarily become a king in the crypto market.

I am confident that nobody will have a doubt that this project is absolutely game-changing in the hospitality industry.

The idea of creating beautiful Paradise-like hubs around the world connecting the coolest innovators in the best destinations all over the globe with tons of fun, leisure, gamified experiences, and comfortable, practical spaces to get work done! How awesome is it?

I do not think anyone can doubt the disruptive force these Paradises will exert on the hotel industry. Lightning fast to set up. Cheap to maintain.

Independent and innovative, offering a price and quality that can’t be beat, we are creating A WHOLE NEW CATEGORY in the hotel and hospitality industry. These are not hotels as you know them, and they are not Hostels nor are they co-living spaces either. So what is an Innovasis property?

It is an Innovative Oasis — a type of hospitality offering that has never been done before.

For the last two months, we have gone THROUGH A TRANSFORMATION.

Starting from:
a) how we look,
b) how we feel,
c) how we communicate
d) what we are focusing on,
e) our strategy
f) who is in the team and what roles they play
g) improved token economics.
h) legal issues
j) what we are spending money on.

So I have a lot to tell you about.
Maybe let’s start with the main question. WHY?

Why so many changes?

And the answer is very simple. To make it successful.

We made a set of assumptions that didn’t work, and so discovered what we could improve and what should be different. And a lot of these assumptions were based on the feedback from our community.

This project is so amazing that despite the challenges we have met on the way, we have turned them all into opportunities. This has happened because of the overwhelming passion we have: We have to make it happen!

CHANGE NUMBER ONE — Our Focus and our strategy.

Our previous focus was on an ICO. To build the biggest awareness as we possibly could, to communicate about the project. And If we could have started a few months earlier that would have been a great choice. But the Cryptocurrency market is changing so fast that the things that were working a month ago do not work in the crypto market anymore. This is why our focus has changed.

OUR NEW FOCUS. — TO DELIVER THE PROJECT Instead of building awareness for it.

How are we going to implement this new focus?

Divide the project into smaller phases. To allow for smaller raises and milestones and ensure its fastest delivery.

That’s a huge change for us. First of all, we can start small. We don’t need $35M to start. Instead, with only two million, we can accomplish a lot. This has silenced a lot of people that were telling us it is impossible to make it happen.

By getting the project done in smaller chunks, we are opening ourselves to customer feedback in the early stages of the project, we are starting to generate revenue, which can start happening with Hotel Coins. This creates real usage of the currency and real transactions — real demand.

We can showcase our rooms, not only in one location but also ship them to BIG conferences, to start getting real estate investor attention.

We can spend money on architecture designs in phases as well. Architectural design can be a significant cost for a project like this. Rolling out this project in phases keeps the cost down.

What we are planning to do in Phase #ONE. With two million dollars.

The Main Questions we were asking ourselves: What can we do the fastest? What can we do that will push us forward the most? What can we do to create an amazing place right now? What can we do to start generating revenue right now?

And it is simple. Show real-world examples of Our rooms and technology. Show investors a key feature like Slip and Fly as something amazing and easy to build.

Below you can see the pictures how the Phase #ONE will look like. It has a slip and Fly, a Big swimming pool, food trucks for food, a Water balloon battlefield, One inflatable adult obstacle course, One Box Power (Instrument that provides power from solar panels.) It has restrooms and showers. It has examples of the Capsules, Standard room, Junior suite and Executive — one each. But it also has something that we have not introduced before. It has dome structures that can accommodate up to 80 people.

We believe these domes structures are great temporary solution, while we are waiting for phase one to arrive. These domes can be rented for very cheap, and start bringing real revenue. They are of course air conditioned and bigger than you might think.

By accomplishing this Phase. We are creating the coolest hangout spot. We promote accomplishing Phase #TWO. We become the place to be and we generate sales from the food trucks as well as from the domes structures. We will already be delivering and creating crucial connections with the local government while waiting for Phase #TWO to arrive.

Phase #TWO

We estimate Phase #TWO will cost $5M USD and will feature 100 Sleeping places with our modular building structures. Including 60 Capsules. 14 Standard rooms. 13 Junior suites and 13 executives rooms.

It has key fun elements, Including flow riders — devices where you can learn how to surf. More Box Power devices, more restrooms, and also has a co-working space — which is just a smaller version of the main co-working facilities to be built in later phases. It’s also has a small reception area, as well more food trucks.

Take a look at the pictures below. After this phase, we will already have our first functioning Paradise and then it is time for scaling it up.

Phase #THREE

This is when things become really Interesting.

For Paradise locations, things are really shaping up. An additional 150 rooms are being added. How many of which type?

We don’t know. Why?

Because we will see occupancy rates for our previous room types. If we see that people are choosing executives and not capsules, there is no point in producing more capsules. Let’s listen and let’s make a decision based on customers.

Phase #THREE has electric jet skies, and electric scooters.

It has a bigger part of co-working (the second part). Of Course more fun activities. It has also a full-size reception are and a beach bar! We estimate this round for around $10M USD.

Remember that at this point we have a fully functioning business. With 250 rooms. Raising this kind of capital at that stage will be super simple. Take a look at the pictures below.

Phase #FOUR and Phase #FIVE.

Maybe it will be only one last phase and not two of them. But these phases will scale the hotel up to 350 sleeping places. Also these are technology and innovation phases.

This is where the big solar field comes in. These are the phases where we add a data center and full node for many blockchains. These are the phase where we add custom software — gamification, game-like experience (secret rooms are activated here, this is where we do a solar powered fence, and all kind of crazy innovative stuff).

Summing up

What is very important is that right from phase #ONE, HCI token can be used and we generate demand. That is real value. Obviously, demand impacts Token price.

We really like this new vision. It is making the project easier to accomplish. And raising two million even in a bear market is very reasonable.
