(2) People
This includes the human capital which enables an organization to run — along with associated aspects such as — talent, culture, people development, leadership, compensation, appraisals and hiring.
(3) Proceeds
This includes the financial capital that provides the fuel for an organization to function — including associated aspects such as fundraising, pitching, budgeting, pricing, revenue and unit economics.
(4) Processes
This includes the systems, structures and processes that provide the bedrock for the organization to function effectively —encompassing data, technology, registration, legal, taxation, accounting, auditing, reporting, compliance, knowledge management and organizational structures.
(5) Partnerships
This relates to the ecosystem of support that helps an organization amplify its impact, find synergies and draw learnings — and includes different kinds of partnerships, with - incubators, accelerators, governments, research centres, academic institutions, corporations and funders, as well as — strategies and approaches to fostering such partnerships.
(6) Promotion
