As a leader, you need to introduce and promote a solid innovation framework, which will gradually become part of the normal, day-to-day business

Team Responsibilities

1. Set the strategy, define success

2. Provide the innovation framework

3. Innovate by example

4. Communicate, Inspire, Diffuse

5. Measure, Assess, Adjust

6. Handle the noise, Avoid disruption
