Helium Network has Reached 720,000 Miners Becoming Mainstream. What’s Next?

Helium.com is one of the most meaningful ways to use crypto for creating high value. Just a year ago, there were only 30,000 miners and now, over 720,000 regular people are building the people’s network of IoT and soon, 5G. The insane growth isn’t over yet. There is much more to come and room for growth.

The Helium Network is a decentralized wireless network designed to connect low-power devices to the internet. The network is powered by a new type of cryptocurrency called Helium (HLM). Helium tokens are used to purchase data credits which are then used to send data over the network.

There are two main objectives of the Helium Network. The initial objective is to build the people’s network of IoT, which is already by a large scale done since the business model of mining Helium coins is simply a great motivation.

The Grand Objective, as I call it, is building the people’s network of 5G, a decentralized network of cellular network, who’d knew and yet, they are already testing wide-scale release.
