Every single one of us, at some point, has been a victim of the following circumstance. You are wearing your jeans in public when someone calls for your attention.

Excuse me, sir. You’ve got a security breach at Los Pantalones.

Oh no… your fly is open. Quite a nasty situation right? As you start to blush, you quickly reach down to close that humiliating gap.

Damned, there goes your reputation for the day.

So this week I decided to tackle this mother of all problems. The old “Your fly is open” moment. This has been bugging humanity for far too long now. And quite frankly I’ve had enough of this. So I decided to visit the drawing table, and I invented.

The indispensable fly cam (IFC).

The fly cam in action

The IFC is a tiny, almost invisible cylinder that you clip at the bottom of your belt. The fly cam works like this. Inside the IFC is a camera which monitors your fly continuously.

When the device detects a disturbance in the force (your fly is wide open, the size of the big canyon dude), it jumps into action. The fly cam now quickly comes to the rescue. It will roll out a small curtain which is sitting inside the device. The curtain will now discretely cover your open fly. Et voila, you don’t have to worry any longer.

Rest assured. No more security breaches

The IFC curtains come in different colors and themes. Like our popular “Pirates of the Caribbean” theme. Or the Union Jack for the hardcore “Brexit” voters out there.

Pirates of the Caribbean

There are also commercial options available. Partners of the IFC cam will pay our customers a monthly fee depending on the amount of time their brand name was visible in public. For that purpose, the IFC cam has been equipped with a GPS tracker and internet connection. So go ahead and turn these once embarrassing moments into lucrative deals for you.
