How to Access K–2 Reading Foundations Resources in Goalbook Pathways

Goalbook Pathways now has resources to support all of the focus areas of the Reading Foundational Standards in Grades K–2. Foundational reading instruction is critical at these grades, so we are proud to say that we have a holistic offering of resources to address these skills:

Kindergarten

• Print Awareness RF.K.1
• Phonological Awareness RF.K.2
• Decoding Words RF.K.3

First Grade

• Understanding Sounds RF.1.2
• Decoding Words RF.1.3
• Reading with Accuracy and Fluency RF.1.4

Second Grade

• Decoding Words RF.2.3
• Reading Fluency RF.2.4

Accessing these resources is easy! This guide will take you through the steps to navigate to these new standards pages:

Accessing Reading Foundational Standards Pages Using the Navigation Bar

1. Click on the “Navigate Standards” dropdown menu located on the black navigation bar.

2. Choose the grade level (K–2) and the subject (English Language Arts).

3. Click on the standard to navigate to its page.
