Alt Reading and Math Assessments are visually engaging and accessible!

Alt Goals in Toolkit span the subject areas of Math, Reading, Self Expression, Social Interaction, Self Care, Community Environment, and School Environment.

We’ve recently published new Alt Math and Reading pages. One of the primary benefits of these pages is that they each have unique assessments and data tracking sheets at all levels of support. The assessments also include answer keys that help you understand what mastery looks like for each skill.

All goals in Toolkit are standard aligned, editable, and offer multiple levels of support. Every goal statement in Toolkit explains four critical elements:

  1. How students will engage with work.
  2. How the task is presented to the student.
  3. How the student will show their work.
  4. How the task will be measured.

Teachers with students who take alternate assessments have reported that alt goals in Toolkit help them create accurate incremental goals that are just right for their kids.

“I love using them [alt reading goals] because they help me target the specific skill that my kid is working on.”
