DISC Personality Test
This DISC assessment test helped students to calculate their personal DISC profile based on factors like Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance which explained their behavior towards others and everything they do.
Dominance: Describes the way you deal with problems & control the situation.
Influence: Describes the way you deal with people the way you communicate and relate to others.
Steadiness: Desribles the level of patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness.
Compliance: Describes how you align and organize your activities and responsibilities.
4 Steps planning process- Career Planning
1- Knowing yourself
Start considering where you are, where you need to be, and the way you’ll get there. Once you’ve got an idea approximately where you are, and where you need to be, you can work on getting to know more about your skills, interests, and values.
2– Finding & exploring what's out there
It's about exploring and learning the ideas that interest you. Do explore your skills match them with the career you want to acquire find the gaps and work on them.
3- Making decisions
This step includes comparing your options and choices and making a decision on what suits you the best.
4- Taking actions by working towards your goals
Begin asking yourself what actions and steps will help me achieve the career and goals I desire.
