Who we are
Born in the US, Inovexus is a global acceleration fund targeting European early-stage companies. The ambition is to disrupt the early-stage funding market. More than an investment company, Inovexus is a global community of 300+ cross-border entrepreneurs-investors willing to give back to the most promising pre-seed startups in Europe with funding and mentoring.
With 3+9 months Acceleration Program, we enable a path to fast scalability through our international pool of 50+ top-tier mentors.
In the meantime, the Ventures arm comes to invest a €150k syndicating access to global angels' capital.
We believe in passionate entrepreneurs who want to change the world and therefore think global from day one.
We invest in pre-seed & seed tech B2B companies. Beyond that, we provide a tailor-made acceleration program for spirited entrepreneurs with global ambitions.
Our focus is on investing in European tech startups.
Since 2018, Inovexus has supported more than 40 startups to raise €90m+. In January 2022, Inovexus Ventures launched its funds based in the US and backed exclusively by global angel-entrepreneurs.
Our method
- Handpicking founders
First, we identify cutting-edge verticals. To do so, we’re monitoring the most dynamic tech trends coming from US early stage investments, conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis. We identify trends that are booming in the US and invest in comparable verticals in Europe, taking into account European culture & market specificities.
Second, we organize a startup diagnostic. It’s all about the TEAM. We make sure our founders have a unique story, a meaningful project and think globally from day one. Our diasgnostic aims to assess strengths & weaknesses to define the acceleration roadmap with our mentors.
Third, we invest. For each investment opportunity, we select 3 complementary Inovexus General Partners (GPs) to compose the Investment Committee, combining sector experts’ insights, investors’ flair, and entrepreneurs’ experience. We chose the right time in the process to organize a successful investment for both founders & investors.
With our community. Every time we invest in a startup, we give the opportunity to our close community of entrepreneurs-investors to engage personally and financially in our portfolio’ startups. In the best startups, we invest €150k in pre-seed & seed. We like to co-invest alongside angels, VCs & Family Offices in +€800k pre-seed rounds.

Beyond funding, the real engine to success is our fully customized Acceleration Program. Our programs are shaped based on the US mindset and designed by our cross-border mentors. In a nutshell, there are 4 key components:
- 🤝 Mentoring: mentoring roadmap with 3 complementary skilled lead mentors (1 business profile, 1 product engineer, 1 VC profile),
- 📚 Market intelligence data: all the data needed to take the right decisions
- 💬 Network: founders’ community, mentors’ community & VC co-investors community,
- 💸 Seed funding: fundraising playbook to get all the best practices to raise with the right investors at the right time.
The Acceleration Program is 100% remote and managed by weekly catchups with the startup manager. It lasts 3 and we are supporting founders until they reach their Seed funding with global investors.
Smart funding always goes with the combination of funding & mentoring. The Inovexus value prop is a service for founders, paid post-funding via mentoring fees.
Inovexus’ aim is not to help European entrepreneurs launch in the US. Inovexus supports European startups to scale the US way.
