The federal, state, and local deployment of funding for organizations serving those with physical disability and mental health needs is rapidly changing. MORC is a critical and established care support organization that has an inconsistent and often overlooked brand that makes it difficult for the organization to move forward.

MORC asked Dandelion to help increase awareness of MORC amongst the general public, the people they serve, and their stakeholders by redefining how morc communicates itself and its services.

How Dandelion Helped

Dandelion is in the process of creating an 18 month plan of action for MORC. Given MORC’s critical role in Southeastern Michigan’s mental and physical health landscape, Dandelion is determining how people engage and understand what it is they do, differently, across four distinct areas of engagement. MORC Internal, MORC Families, MORC Foundation, and Long Term Future Planning.

This Plan of Action is designed to give MORC actionable steps to accomplishing the goals laid out within this recomendation at the end of an 18 month period.

Dandelion will support MORC in the deployment of these actionable steps during the 18 Month period of deployment.
