Hackers gonna hack
From day 1 at eFounders — almost 4 years ago now –, we have always been focussed on technology and product. It is our DNA. It is our culture. It is what differentiates us from any other startup studio and lets us build great products.
This mindset is highly inspiring for all entrepreneurs, and more importantly for developers. We use the best — and most recent technologies and favor experimentations. Every one of us strives to push him/herself a bit further every day. And we love learning from each other. It is the fertile ground in which our startups like Mention, Aircall or Front have flourished — not to mention all the seeds in our pipeline!
In order to achieve our goal and create the next ‘flying pigs’ (Thibaud Elziere©), we need outstanding developers of all background and specialties, who share our passion for startups and technology.
We came out with the idea of a Hacker program. During 6 months, developers prototype, develop proof of concepts or work with early stage startups. They rub shoulders with our team, get their hands dirty with new technologies, and discover the eFounders ecosystem. At the end of the program, our hackers get the opportunity to either join one of our youngest startups, get a recommendation for one of our portfolio startup, or even build your own as a technical cofounder within eFounders.
We offer good compensation as we only want the best — but in exchange we are very demanding. Today, everybody wants to create his or her own startup — but if you want to stand out of the crowd and build a product that makes a difference, you must be willing to surpass yourself.
