Here comes the video conferencing apps

We are thrilled to announce the launch of 3 new apps in holaSpirit to make your meeting even more productive. In just a few clicks, you can now activate: Appear.in, Google Hangout or Zoom video conferencing apps. It’s just as easy as 1–2–3!

• Activate your most preferred app from the Administration area (admins only)

• Then launch a video conferencing meeting room when opening your meeting (secretary only)

• All members can join the meeting 1-click directly from the meeting

We also improved the UI of the tactical and governance meeting to make this change happen.

Finally, we have changed the entire realtime component to offer a totally new, fresh and more responsive interface.

Among the new things that you will notice:

• You can now see who is online
• You can import your tensions in the tactical meeting agenda (it will import the title and the description of your tension)
