holaSpirit and the Holacracy Constitution
As the Holacracy constitution, also known as the core rules, structure, and processes of the Holacracy operating system is continuously evolving, you may wonder whether or not holaSpirit will pursue these evolutions as well.
Our answer to this particular question is, and always has been the same: “yes, of course we will!”
I generally add that you don’t explicitly ‘need’ holaSpirit or any other tools to properly follow the constitution guidelines until the constitution writes that you have to use a tool, isn’t it? Many organisations choose to use tools such as holaSpirit to support and facilitate their Holacracy implementation, does this mean that you cannot follow the constitution with another tool or maybe without tool at all? Of course not!
The way we develop holaSpirit will continue to follow the evolution of the Holacracy constitution. However, we will add a little ‘holaSpirit touch’ to it and will therefore focus on confidence, pedagogy, transparency and most of all simplicity, rather than specific software rules that only complicate things.
