Who we are

“Become consulting is a human-focused consulting agency that is passionate about digital, managerial and organizational transformations. Giving sense to transformation, unleashing creative energies, allowing everyone to feel involved in a common project and continuously addressing themselves in a world characterized by VUCA — volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity — is what drives us every day.

We believe that the next generation’s company, the one that will be successful, will put humans at the center of the value chain, welcoming change as an opportunity, making creative thinking the driving force of its development and will succeed in engaging its stakeholders around an authentic purpose.

My discovery of shared governance and of Holaspirit

I discovered Holaspirit few years ago thanks to Philippe Pinault, Holaspirit’s owner. At the time (from 2009 to 2016), I was responsible for collaborative and digital HR practices for Auchan Retail Group, a french retail brand, working with one of the very first collaboration platforms: Talkspirit, being its internal social network. This successful collaboration and the relationship of trust that has been built with Philippe Pinault and his team encouraged me to closely follow the developments of Holaspirit and the different concepts of new governance. Beyond that, the platform’s simplicity and its openness to other systems and applications are important arguments in our choice, being major “selling points” when approaching prospects. And last but not least, it’s an important part of our mission to help european and french organizations, enabling them to stand out and compete with american and chinese digital platforms ;)

In my opinion, the three terms that characterize Holaspirit the most are: ease-of-use, openness and collaborative! For us, Holaspirit is the digital tool which easily completes and supports self-management in a positive manner through new governance experience.

The market trends I have observed

Transparency, trust and autonomy are the 3 fundamental values for us to develop the next generation enterprise.

They are also at the core of the agile methods popularized to make companies more resilient in the VUCA world. But first of all, it’s a question of managerial and organizational culture and, too often, french companies — especially big and pyramidal ones — are not aware of the necessity of this cultural change. Or, when they are, they often don’t know how or where to start! So our priority is to help organizations to think and act differently: in other words, preparing the playing field is key.

With the recent COVID-19 crisis, these major values are now back in line with their fair levels. As a result, we are very confident about the future of self management.
