Preparing new offers

Hi there, it’s been a crazy year for holaSpirit. Starting from nothing, we now have over 1.000 orgs using holaSpirit, spread over more than 65 countries all around the world.

Our first mission was to offer a good alternative to Glassfrog, and we can reasonably say that it’s done. Wouldn’t you say so?

We are now entering a new phase, where we will deliver some very cool new features and apps that will hopefully make holaSpirit the #1 choice to run the Holacracy in your organisation.

To give you a quick overview of what we are busy with; there are two axis on which we are working on right now.

  • Integrations with your favorite apps such as GTD apps like Trello, Asana, Jira and many more. As well as communication tools among which Slack, talkSpirit, Skype, Google Hangout, Zoom and so forth.
  • New apps ‘on top’ of the platform to allow encoding HR practices on holaSpirit. Badges for expertise, reviews and feedback, are some of our many ideas.

During this year, we also had thousands of conversations with our users and our beloved customers, which helped us to better understand their needs to start their journey for a new way of working.

Our purpose has therefore evolved in becoming a platform for any organisation that wants to become a Teal, including Holacracy. Consequently, we decided to start working on a new holaSpirit plan, that we will deliver in the beginning of 2017. These are some very exciting projects of which we will keep you posted right here.

For now, to better prepare this new phase, we are making some changes in our existing plan.

From October 17th, our Holacracy plan will have a free trial period for 3 months, including 75 roles evolutions (for your whole holarchy, most of our customers reached this limit after 3 months).
