The NextGen Enterprise Net andTRNSTN
Internet access and global networking tools, availability of high value-added information, development of open source, supremacy of agile and multidisciplinary teams, etc. Never in history have the old business models and other intermediary bodies (political personnel, media, unions) been so challenged by collective intelligence, boosted by constantly advancing technological means. This collective intelligence has its pioneers, and the aim of The NextGen Enterprise Summit was precisely to bring them together in Paris at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. This was without counting on the arrival of Covid-19 and the drastic health measures that came with it, which made it impossible to hold the event in the conditions initially imagined. While waiting for it to be held, we refused to sit back and preferred to imagine a device capable of mobilizing the community: two Open Space Forum sessions of 1.5 hours each, two days apart. Always with the same ambition: headliners but no heroes, or rather yes, only heroes, practitioners and pioneers willing to produce together and learn from others.
120 people from 14 different countries attended the event and worked online on 10 topics deemed to be priorities:
- The role of the non-monetary economy, free services, citizen engagement — Charles Poretz
- How to help leaders let go to evolve towards a more agile and autonomous organization — Marie-Thérèse Maeder
- How, as a leader, can one feel secure and confident in a decentralized and constitutional organization? — François Richer
- Trust in our teams — how can we (as horizontal organizations) rely on our teams to get through crises? Trust is a way to experiment, to let go, to act quickly. Inviting collective intelligence to reach its full potential — Betina Van Meter
- Organizations focused on people rather than profit alone? — Xavier Bianne
- The importance of values (trust, responsibility, etc.) for new generation organizations? Will a greater eco-responsibility be implemented? — Beat Vonlanthen
- The promotion of an internal culture of caring, empathy and consideration for the individual as a whole, professionally and personally — Ilan Cohen
- How do we manage the tension between total uncertainty and the need for a goal and purpose to motivate and guide each individual and organization? — Delphine Desgurse
- What are the new relational and self-management skills in future adaptive enterprises? — Jean-François Vermont
- Fear/anxiety and the role of leaders in the transition from ego to ecosystem — Bibiana Jurado

Foreword
We would like to thank the partners of The NextGen Enterprise Summit for their unwavering support.
Despite the postponement of the summit, for health reasons known to all, they did not give up, as we did, and renewed their commitment to our side.
