Today’s guest on Inside Ideas is Mark Brand. An internationally-renowned social entrepreneur, Mark is a serial pioneer with 11 businesses under his belt.

He epitomises a new and impactful form of leadership, characterised by the creation of cultures of collaboration. At the centre of it, is a belief that this enables us to see ways to help each other in meaningful and long lasting ways with the theory: there is no US & THEM, only US. He is determined to breathe new life into struggling and disjointed communities through his advocacy and social impact business models.

Mark is also a Stanford fellow, Professor of Innovation and Design Thinking, and served as executive chef for the American Refugee Committee and Pope Francis’s Climate Challenge. As a certified integral facilitator and mediator, he helps to unstick groups facing deep challenges through design.
