Improvements to removal of users from Shared Mailboxes

We just released some improvements to how Hiver handles removal of users from Shared Mailboxes.

After the current changes, this is what happens when a shared mailbox user is removed:

• Emails that were assigned to the removed user and were in the“open” state are moved to Unassigned.
• Emails that were assigned to the removed user and were in the “closed” state are unassigned, and are left in the “closed” state. Now, when there is a new email on such an email conversation, the conversation would appear in the Unassigned section.

We hope this makes managing Shared Mailbox users easy.
