Simply Building a Bulky Body in the Gym Doesn’t Make You Healthy.

I have seen many people who go to the gym simply to make bulky bodies. I know everyone likes bulky bodies people admire those who have bulky bodies.

I do not say don’t make bulky bodies, but you should also focus a little on inner fitness. I want to clear something up here bulky body does not have a healthy body.

Bulky body and Healthy Body both are different terms. Although both can be possible at a time, but people only focus on making bulky bodies.

If you go to the gym, then notice those who have Bulky Bodies are not that much flexible compared to those who have normal bodies. Before the gym, if you do cardio and yoga for half an hour it will maintain both things your body and fitness.

Lifting a weight in the gym only makes your outer body strong. While cardio and yoga make you strong from inner. The growth of the outer body is visible to the eyes, but the inner body growth is not seen and that’s why people choose to build the outer body. Because they might want to impress someone.

Inner growth can’t be visible by eyes but trust it is more important than your outer attractive body. In whatever age you are in your 20s, 30s, or 40s if you start yoga and cardio now, I guarantee you will live longer. Longer life doesn’t mean 15 or 20 years, but it means more than your friends or same-age people.

Inner growth might not make your body attractive, but it will help you to stay younger for a longer time. Start cardio and yoga now and compare yourself with a friend who has an attractive body.

For now, your friend will look attractive no doubt but when you are in your 40s or 50s people will call you younger than your friend. Think about it, you want a healthy body or an attractive body.

The most important thing attractive bodies are for a limited time. Once you leave the gym your tight muscles get loose, and you will look worse than earlier. In case you stay consistent in the gym for a longer time still your body will not look the same in your 40s and 50s as it seems now.

It feels good to say that at present people are paying more attention to yoga and cardio than gym. People have seen the situation during COVID-19. Only those who had stronger immunity systems survived.

In the end, I would just say that go to the gym, and build an attractive body, but pay little attention to yoga and cardio as well.
