Project Management Tool (PMT) made its debut on AppExchange last month, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome it to the Labs family! With PMT, you can obtain a global view of your project portfolio. Effectively plan, manage, and execute your projects while monitoring progress through a set of live dashboards. Manage deliverables, allocate resources, and obtain real-time notifications for crucial updates. Moreover, users can escalate business-critical risks with Cases, and focus on resolving late projects with a path to green.
JabberJaw
Bring the power of instant messaging to your Salesforce platform. With JabberJaw, communicating with your team is easy, convenient, and fun! JabberJaw enables users to communicate with each other right inside the Lightning platform. Even more, you can export messages directly to Chatter for added context around cases. Message users directly 1:1, or send to an entire Chatter group. Simply add the component to the utility bar, and you’re good to go.
Matchbox: A Multi-Purpose Matching Utility
Matchbox: A Multi-Purpose Matching Utility lets you match people to any kind of limited resource. This handy mechanism features a diversity algorithm, so you can ensure that the results are as varied as possible. Match people to projects, events, or even other people. Matching teams with resources has never been easier.

Agile Accelerator
Agile Accelerator has been recently updated. This customer-favorite Labs solution helps teams manage tasks, backlogs, and user stories. Users can manage their projects with the same tool utilized by Salesforces’ Agile team and nurtures a collaborative working environment by enabling teams to work through Chatter in context.

Innovation Hub
Innovation Hub fosters creativity right within your organization. This Labs solution is expecting a major update, and we can’t wait to share it with you! You can bring the power of Salesforce Ideas right into your own Experience Cloud page. Through Innovation Hub, users can pitch, share, and vote on product ideas and proposals. Nurture a fun and collaborative environment, in which users are encouraged to work together to bring great things to life. The incoming update is anticipated to equip user profiles with the ability to add self-identified skills, and will enable users to tag their ideas with the skills needed to bring their Idea pitches to life. Even more, management teams will be able to prioritize projects pitched in their community with a new scaling system. This update likely won’t be available on AppExchange until Q2, but we’ll keep you in the loop for any information that comes our way.
Assign Task to Multiple Users
This Lightning Web Component allows managers to assign work from anywhere in the Lightning interface. Managers can assign tasks to individual users, or entire teams of five at once. Assign tasks to users, roles, or groups. Specify the task, associated account or contacts, and manage collaborative projects with ease.
Lead Convert Chatter
Migrate Chatter feeds from converted leads to contacts, accounts, and opportunities! Lead Convert Chatter migrates all posts, comments, likes, links, and files for you when your leads are converted. Keep a record of all discussions surrounding a particular lead, and keep those records upon conversion.
Quip Live Apps
We can’t mention Collaboration without Quip! Quip serves as an interactive platform for organizations to work together more efficiently. These collaborative documents enable members to author, plan, and share content while maintaining a connection with their team to obtain real-time feedback on projects and tasks.
