Celebrating Customer Success with the 2020 Partner Innovation Awards

Each year, Salesforce hosts the Partner Innovation Awards, an award initiative that recognizes partners for their incredible work in bringing innovation and creativity to solve our customers' challenges. The Partner Innovation Awards are a time to celebrate — celebrate the innovative use of Salesforce technologies and more importantly all of our partners who are delivering exceptional customer success.

By going virtual this year and re-imagining the Partner Innovation Awards, we were so excited to extend the awards in new ways:

  • The opportunity for ISVs to be involved in the awards
  • The inclusion of an entire pillar of awards called Trailblazer Awards to reward partners for their performance in the ISV and Consulting Partner Program
  • Salesforce commissioned IDC, the premier global provider of market intelligence and advisory services to be the independent auditor of the 2020 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award judging criteria. In addition to their role as an independent auditor, IDC was also engaged by Salesforce as the preliminary judge and recommendation organization to the 2020 Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards Program.

On behalf of Salesforce, I would like to thank all of the partners who participated in the awards this year. We received a record number of story submissions, and the award cycle selection was even more difficult given the amazing contributions from both our ISV and Consulting partners around customer success. This year we saw 2x the number of submissions compared to previous years!

Analytics

This year, we did not open the Analytics category for submissions. Instead, we used performance-based criteria to determine the two winners. Instead of a single Analytics award, we are granting two awards, one for the top Tableau Partner globally and one for the top Tableau CRM Partner (formally Einstein Analytics).
